DESCRIPTION:First-time passport applicants should start now in gathering documents and getting them apostilled by the State. Contact the Honorary Consul Siim Sööt for information and assistance.  \nThe Estonian Consul will conduct a consular visit to Chicago on November 17-18\, 2023.\n \nEstonian citizens will be able to apply for a passport or ID-Card (both first time applications and renewal applications are accepted) and receive previously ordered documents. Information regarding application procedures (application forms\, photo\, state fee etc.) can be found at https://newyork.mfa.ee/estonian-passport-and-id-card/\n \nYou must pre-register for an appointment by e-mailing to the Honorary Consul Mr. Siim Sööt at siim678@gmail.com\, applicants can also consult with Honorary Consul via phone: +1 (847) 372-7560.\n \nNo walk-up appointments will be allowed.
