    Tehke plaan tulla meie vabariigi aastapäeva tähistamiselee Chicago Eesti Majas. Aktus on k 15.00 (tasuta) ja pidu algab k. 19.00 (pilet on vaja). Sel aastal on meil ōhtusöök ja kontsert tantsumuusikaga "Super Stereo" Eestist . Piletid on $60 eelmüügil ja $70 uksel (alla 16-aastased on tasuta). Vana Tallinn baar on avatud. Make plans to come to our Independence Day celebration at Eesti Maja in Chicago. Ceremony begins at 5:00 pm (free) and the dinner/party at 7:00 pm (ticket required).     The Estonian Consul will conduct a consular visit to Chicago on June 13-15, 2025. (On Saturday, June 14, the Consul will be at the Chicago Estonian House during Jaanipäev from 2pm to 6pm; the other days he will be available for appointments from 1pm to 7pm at 678 Foxdale Avenue in Winnetka, IL)   First-time passport applicants should start now in gathering documents and getting them apostilled by the State.   • Jaanipäev – Midsummer Festival

    The Estonian House's grounds will be open for our traditional Estonian mid-summer celebration. Park will open at 2:00 pm. We will have a grill-bar (beginning at 4 pm), Estonian beer, games and bonfire. "Eesti Band" from Estonia will perform with the music. Admission is $25 per person (children under 16 years of age are free). First 100 paid admissions will receive a Eesti Maja logoed string backpack. Eesti Maja tähistab meie traditsiooniline Jaanipaev.   • Arsis Handbell Concert

    The 12-member Arsis ensemble, along with conductor Aivar Mäe, has been selected to perform at the prestigious handbell music festival “Pinnacle 2025”, which will take place in Wichita, Kansas. This is one of the most important handbell music events in the United States, where only top ensembles selected through a competition are allowed to perform. We are honored to represent Estonia on this international stage. They will be performing in the Chicago area on July 13 at Christus Victor Lutheran Church (1045 S Arlington Height Rd, Elk Grove Village, IL) at 6:00 pm.
