The Estonian Consul in Washington, DC will conduct mission on April 1. from 4.00 pm. to 6.pm at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Central Loop -245 S. Franklin St., Chicago, IL 60606 and is available for all consular services at these times (except visa applications).
