At this year’s Jaanipäev we will feature a competition for grilling the best ŠAŠLÕKK (Estonian-style shish kebob). Teams of up to 4 members (chief cook and three assistants) will compete for a Judges Prize (moisture, taste & appearance) and a People’s Choice Award (total sales). Teams are asked to prepare grilled meats on a stick and a salad to accompany the stick.
