Liikmette Koosolek – Membership Meeting

Since the Annual meeting of the Chicago Estonian House members was cancelled in March due to the Corona Virus, the Chicago Estonian House Board of Directors has decided to have an all members’ meeting on Sunday, September 20, 2020 at 10:00 am at the Estonian House to discuss the state of the organization and what has transpired over the last six months.

 We are inviting all members to attend. The Agenda is:

1. Call to order
2. Meeting organization:
   1. Election of 3 vote counters
   2. Election of Meeting Chairman
   3. Election of Meeting Secretary
3. Presentation and approval of last years’ annual meeting minutes
4. 2020 Activity and Construction Report presentation
5. 2020 Budget/Actual presentation
6. New Business
7. Discussions

The official invitation has been mailed to each member at the address we have on file.

Chicago Eesti Maja Nõukogu otsusel toimub Chicago Eesti Maja Liikmette Koosolek pühapäeval, 20. Septemberil 2020. a., kell 10.00 e.l. Eesti Majas, millest palutakse teie osavõttu. Päevakord on:

1. Koosoleku avamine
2. Koosoleku rakendamine:
   1. 3 häältelugeja valimine
   2. Koosoleku juhataja valimine
   3. Koosoleku protokollija valimine
3. Eelmise aasta peakoosoleku protokolli ette lugemine ja kinnitamine
4. a. üld- ja ehitustegevuse aruanne estitamine
5. a. eelarve ja rahalise aruannde esitamine
6. Üles tõstetud küsimused, mida võiks otsustada
7. Läbirääkimised
